1. Turn the box off and then quickly hit the Select button on the set 
top.
2. You should see on your TV a white screen with a few options 01 
through 09.
3. On your remote, hit Replay three times, then My DVR three times, then 
Live three times.
4. The box should shut itself off, and reset to factory settings (so 
youll have to reprogram all your favorites and recording schedules and 
youll lose anything you had recorded).
5. If youre still watching your TV, youll see it blink a few times while 
the set top clears its head. After a few minutes (about two or so on 
mine) the clock comes back, and you can power it up again.
